Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties. Medications supplied are intended solely for the use of the patient named on the prescription. Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to the performance of our courier partners and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect delivery address supplied by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by the pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted in line with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and patient safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medicines. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will investigate promptly.
